As an offshore premier relationship manager, you are tasked to manage and develop relationships with offshore clients in North Asia, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines and India. This role involves understanding clients financial needs, providing tailored financial solutions, and ensuring the smooth execution of financial transactions. The Offshore Relationship Manager serves as a key point of contact between the company and its offshore clients, aiming to enhance client satisfaction and achieve business growth.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with offshore clients.
Understand clients financial objectives, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.
Act as the primary point of contact for offshore clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
Advise and educate customers about the bank's offerings, services, and promotions.
Identify potential cross selling opportunities to drive sales revenue.
Stay informed about international market trends, investment opportunities, and financial products.
Educate offshore clients on international investment strategies, currency risks, and financial planning.
Collaborate with other departments to make sure the organization meets clients' expectations.

Requirements

Diploma or bachelor's degree
At least 2 years of sales experience in banking industry, preferably in the offshore segment.
Strong knowledge of international financial markets, investment products, and offshore regulatory requirements.
