An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our client's APAC customer success team in Singapore. This position will be responsible for presales customer consultation and solutioning, on-boarding and implementation for new customers, and the support and maintenance of our existing client base.
- Comprehend and convey Integral solutions and offerings to both internal and external audiences.
- Collaborate with the sales team during the pre-sales phase, overseeing demonstrations, product walkthroughs, and solution development for potential clients.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, both internal and external, to implement new client installations and maintain existing client implementations.
- The onboarding responsibilities encompass verifying liquidity, straight-through processing (STP), creating organizational structures, deploying MT4 and MT5, configuring user accounts, providing product training, addressing client inquiries, and coordinating test trades, among other tasks.
- Aid in configuring solutions in both test and production environments, ensuring successful execution and a positive impact on customer operations.
- Provide continuous operational support and maintenance for customer setups.
- Possess an academic degree in a technical or financial field.
- Proficient in MT4 and MT5 server deployments and upgrades, bridge and gateway settings.
- Proficient in UNIX commands, with mandatory knowledge.
- Proficient in trading and aggregation engines, bridges, and gateways.
- Familiar with back-office workflow and STP processing, including expertise in the FIX messaging protocol.
- Knowledgeable about financial markets, their operations, and Broker/Trader workflows, with a specific focus on FX and CFDs.
- Have experience collaborating with and supporting a Sales organization.
