About the Role
In this role, you will partner with the in-house RPO and external agencies to manage the end to end recruitment life journey to ensure that we can attract and onboard future talents for AIA in an efficient and effective manner while achieving positive new hire experience. You will work closely with the leaders and business managers on their strategic workplace planning, identify alternative and creative talent sources in order to build a strong pipeline of talent pool in the Technology, Digital and Analytics skills.
1. Collaborate closely with other HR stakeholders and Business leaders to understand business priorities and organization structures and develop the talent attraction, acquisition and effective go-to-market strategies. 2. Review and analyse key thrusts, strategic priorities and data to identify present and future manpower gaps; forecast talent acquisition needs and priorities and implement solutions to bridge talent gaps and meet talent demands. 3. Proactively create, build and maintain a network and pipeline of potential talent to fill future and planned roles. 4. Report on relevant recruitment metrics to assess talent acquisition and workforce planning capability and use Talent analytics to identify trends and make ongoing improvements aligned with business objectives. 5. Ensure recruiting policy, processes and practices are streamlined and executed in full compliance of statutory and regulatory guidelines and industry best practices. 6. Create a diverse portfolio of sourcing capabilities and platforms which will include direct sourcing via online job board, targeted advertising, career site, agencies recruitment and alternative offshore recruitment model. 7. Monitor and drive the performance of RPO model to ensure that they deliver according to the SLA and monitor their performance through the recruitment performance metrics which will allow us to continually improve our approach, measure our success, and hold each other accountable to results. 8. Ensure efficient and effective utilization of the recruitment budget by leveraging and putting in place metrics and reporting capabilities to measure recruitment effectiveness against business drivers and propose improvements if any. 9. Provide talent advisory to business leaders and continuously review, identify and engage in opportunities to enhance overall candidate experience and streamline the recruitment and onboarding processes.
Experience • 8-10 years' experience in in-house recruitment and HR business partnering role within a fast paced and results oriented organization is essential. Other skills • Possess good business acumen and excellent interpersonal skills to work within and across divisions to achieve the desired outcome. • Possess advanced Excel skills • Commercial acumen, negotiating commercials and RPO resource productivity • Continuous process improvement experience, those with Lean Six Sigma yellow or green belt will be advantageous. • Strong stakeholder management skills with a collaborative approach to navigate complexities and build relationship across multiple platforms. • Proactive, resourceful, versatile and meticulous. • Strong analytical, organisation and problem-solving skills. • Keep abreast with technology, comfortable with data, experience with Workday is advantageous • Able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence at senior leadership levels. • Creative problem solver with critical thinking skills and strong execution skills.
