To plan, develop and execute new and existing product strategies and programmes for the Commercial Banking, Retail SME and Auto Finance Hire Purchase segments so as to achieve robust growth and optimization of profitability.

 

  • Contribute to overall segments’ strategies and business planning in terms of product and go-to-market strategies for the business banking segments of Community Financial Services to achieve robust growth and optimize segments’ profitability;
  • Optimise product profitability and growth through managing pricing, segmentation, marketing, product delivery, asset quality and customer journey holistically;  
  • Conceptualise, formulate, implement and manage existing and new financing programmes or products for Retail SME segment;
  • Collaborate with product and channel owners to ensure segments’ attractiveness and competitiveness, including digitalization and other bank-level initiatives;
  • Collaborate with government agencies and eco-system partners for the provision of financial products and solutions, including scheme administration and operationalization for both Maybank entities in Singapore;
  • Any other support to the Commercial Banking, Retail SME and Auto Finance Hire Purchase for their product-related requests and initiatives.

 

Requirements:

·         Degree holder

·         Knowledge in commercial banking products

·         Experience in financial technology would be an advantage

·         Strong in planning and analytical skills

·         Good interpersonal and able to engage various stakeholders

·         Team player
