Our client is a leading European financial institution with a strong focus on the APAC region. They are now looking for a Reward Analyst, AVP to join the dynamic team in Singapore.
Your main responsibility will be assisting with a number of processes and client support across Reward. You will provide compensation advice to the businesses on a regional basis and carry out ad hoc projects when required. You will also review compensation proposals for new hires, local to local transfers, promotions and providing appropriate recommendations as well as carry out ad-hoc compensation analysis.
To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 5 years working experience in HR/ Compensation. Good written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
