As a recruitment consultant you will be responsible for:

• Supporting our global clients on their hiring needs.
• Building relationships with current clients and growing client portfolios
• Aligning your candidates' career aspirations with our clients' hiring needs by sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations.
• Staying up to date on recruiting trends and best practices in the IT space
• Working with your team members to build a collaborative, supportive, and friendly culture.
• Identifying opportunities to increase efficiencies and results for the team.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Outbound sales experience
• A drive to succeed and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• A team player who enjoys helping others around them
• Experience from a technology, financial or consumer product background is beneficial
