Team work and synergy is abundant at Gravitas and our philosophy is one of community, professionalism and unity across individuals, teams and offices The role of a recruitment Consultant The role of a recruitment consultant is a challenging position and requires an individual to understand why they are looking to fulfill a career in sales. Our day-to-day activities include business development, mind mapping, marketing to both clients and candidates whilst utilising clever sales material. We spend a large time of our working day building relationships with professionals across a dedicated specialism which requires confidence and the ability to initially sell one's self whilst asking open questions to gain traction in the market. The initial 6 months of a recruitment consultant is filled with adversity but through self-drive, resilience and working closely with our management team the eventual return on investment is very high. Dedicated Training to all our joiners All consultants who join Gravitas will be giving training (formal class room, on-the job, coaching and reviews) and if joining as a graduate (or with no rec experience) will be joining a 6 month in-house training program. We will teach all aspects of the role including job spec, candidate & client management, negotiating, technical market, questioning and so on. In addition to training, Gravitas also offers a career development program which clearly defines individual targets and milestones throughout one's career. These targets give rise for the opportunity of increments in remuneration, commission, job title and responsibility driven through results rather than time served. They are also clearly documented outlining the various career routes successful consultants can choose from. We have an individual top biller target giving our Rolex watches, top performer global luxury trips and fats track career promotion.
