Responsibilities
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller based in Singapore, the Regional Finance Manager will manage the reporting functions for both the overseas and local entities in the region.
The Regional Finance Manager will act as business advisor to the overseas finance team, providing accounting technical advisory and streamlining processes. Due to evolving business needs, he / she will look into the needs of the overseas team, to grow and guide the finance teams, or entering into new markets as the business expands.
He / she will also lead a team within the Singapore finance team, and oversee the financial reporting and monthly closing matters, and managing the external audits and annual reports.
Requirements
The successful candidate is qualified Chartered Accountant with a degree in an accounting, finance or business discipline. You should have 7-10 years' of working experience in regional accounting work. Supervisory experience is essential.
Those who have worked for heavy infrastructure and engineering intensive industries such as renewables, power, utilities, engineering, and construction will have a distinct advantage.
