About the team:
- The Client Services team covers clients across Asia.
- As a Relationship Manager (“RM”), you will be responsible for proactively managing a portfolio of clients
Role and Responsibility:
- Establish professional relationships with clients and other key internal/external parties as required
- Drive strategic communication with clients and negotiate service level agreements (SLA)
- Good communicator with various business functions, operational and support teams to promote effective internal communication
- To understand clients’ technology, operational infrastructure, structure and business vision
- To identify opportunities to expand existing relationship by cross-selling additional products/services
- Monitor and manage client SLAs and operational deliverables and review client profitability & accounts receivables and address negative trends
- Review risk logs and support, co-ordinate and communicate incident resolution as necessary
- Participate and organize operational due diligence reviews and client visits
- Compile periodic board reports, Key Performance Indicators and scorecards for clients
- To carry out periodic risk assessments and peer reviews of clients
- To maintain client status, commentary and client updates on internal CRM tools
About You:
- Ideally 7+ years related work experience in the financial serviced industry with 2+ years formal people management/ leadership experience
