- Lead, develop and implement the wealth management business strategies for the firm
- Manage client relationships and provide them high-quality bespoke investment advisory and solutions
- Identify and acquire prospects, and devise marketing strategies to expand AUM and revenue growth
- Conduct portfolio reviews with clients and communicate market views periodically
- Manage multi-asset discretionary portfolios and asset allocation to clients according to their expected returns and risk appetite
- Liaise with external business partners to provide different service and wealth management solutions to clients
- Work with the senior management to ensure the compliance of regulatory requirements
