The Role:
Reporting to the Department Head, you will be responsible for new customer acquisitions and retention of existing customers for Deposits including SGD / FCY Current Account and SGD / FCY Fixed Deposits. You will schedule marketing calls and visits to potential customers to promote fee-based products including FX and remittances.
You will assist to implement strategies to promote Deposits and banking services, analyze market trends and develop strategic marketing plans to drive business outcomes as well as perform competitive analysis to obtain market trends and product offerings.
You will engage customers on products and services offered by the Bank and you are also required to be able to perform Customer Due Diligence.
Qualification and Experience:
Candidates shall possess a recognised university degree and should preferably have no less than 3 to 5 years’ relevant experience in marketing for Deposits. Strong marketing and communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential attributes the candidate must also possess. A good understanding of the Deposits products including escrow account, current account will be a definite asset together with proven track record in client acquisition.
