Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Team Management of Beauty Advisors

  • Coach, counsel, monitor, and discipline employees to enhance job performance and results.
  • Lead the retail team to achieve desired outcomes and sales targets, ensuring adherence to promotions, inventory, and stock levels.
  • Organize and conduct cycle meetings to facilitate effective communication and goal setting.
  • Conduct regular sales follow-up to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.

Sales Planning and Execution

  • Develop and implement strategic goals and objectives for the field force to consistently drive sales volume and achieve store sales targets.
  • Monitor counter performance and establish incentive schemes for commission calculations.
  • Assist the Commercial Director in achieving financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.

Promotions and Merchandising

  • Actively participate in the sales and operational execution process, including implementing the sales and marketing plan at the store level.
  • Ensure the availability of merchandise and services by collaborating with the sales and marketing team.
  • Work closely with the Key Account Manager and Merchandising team to provide feedback on promotions, campaigns, and retailer sales activities.
  • Ensure that beauty advisors maintain proper planograms and stock levels.

Candidate Profile:

Our ideal candidate will be one who has most of the below criteria:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Business Management or Retail Management
  • 5 years of experience in cosmetics retail / FMCG industry
  • Supervisory experience in retail chain stores operation is a must
  • Strong business acumen and effective problem solving skill
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Good communication, energetic and passionate!
