Negotiation of roaming agreements and inter-operator tariffs (IOTs).
Negotiation of bilateral and wholesale voice agreements to achieve the lowest cost base
Negotiation and management of A2P SMS/RCS business.
Interact with network and IT teams to implement roaming and voice connections and facilitate appropriate tests.
Interact with Finance for inter-operator and inter-carrier settlements, including disputes.
Support escalation of international roaming, A2P SMS and international voice issues.
Interact with marketing on retail strategy.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience.
Proven track record on bilateral 4G roaming launches and wholesale voice agreement negotiations and sign-offs.
Firm understanding on GSMA IREG Roaming procedures.
Solid grasp on current commercial market with regards to bilateral 4G data, VoLTE roaming, international IDD and SMS, wholesale voice and A2P sms tariffs.
Solid negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge in 3GPP mobile IMS, EPC, SS7, MAP, SIP and IREG.
5G VoNR and 5G roaming knowledge with CCNA and PMP certification will be an added advantage.
Ability to swiftly achieve alignment with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to adapt, navigate and excel in a dynamic face paced environment.
