Our client is looking to hire a Finance Change Director, to be responsible for guidance and oversight of their internal SAP transformation program. This highly visible role will actively influence and communicate the SAP implementation and transformation program design

ERIENCE:

  •  10+ years of experience and knowledge of the SAP Services business for the respective area & internal processes

•          Managed a P&L of 10-30 million Euros 

•          Executive presence – ability to interact and influence at C-level

•          Ability to work on virtual teams and drive by influence

•          Proven leadership of organizations, teams and individuals – must have led team of 10 plus members, preferably from multiple MU

•          Very strong analytical, and conceptual skills

•          Works, collaborates and influences key stakeholders across organizational layers

•          Relevant professional degree, as well as adequate career in the industry – MBA Is preferred

•          Pro-active driver, team-player, results-oriented, with a can-do attitude

•          Strong business and commercial acumen

•          Excellent communication and presentation skills in English

 

EXPECTATIONS

  • Overall management responsibility of the bank's SAP projects with strong leadership in operational management/-excellence as well:
    • Accountable for business planning
    • Drive the adequate Service- / Delivery- / Skill-Mix for efficient and successful delivery to customers
    • Collaborate with all other internal teams\
    • Decision making and de-escalation in critical cases
    • Active support of customer engagements in executive sponsor roles in collaboration with the Banks's SAP delivery team, Development and Partners
    • Formulate and deliver upon a strategic vision for the services portfolio that will enable customer’s digital transformation 
    • Instill a visionary and innovative culture while bringing new and forward-thinking ideas to the business TASKS
    • Align regional specific topics with global project team
    • Act as contact person for all regional SAP-internal group
    • Be regional SPOC for global project team
    • Present topic on regional customer facing events & to regional pilot customers
    • Ensure first 30 / 60/ 90 days of engagement
    • Ensure successful handover to delivery
