Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Delivery, you play an integral role in leading the Compliance Technology platforms delivery team covering Anti Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), Sanctions, Fraud, Advanced Analytics, and AI/ML solutions. Working in a headquartered environment, you are responsible for the overall delivery and migration of Tech and Ops platforms in the region. You provide technical and thought leadership to ensure successful implementation of the platforms as part of a transformation program of the bank. As a people manager, you constantly strive to build up capabilities in the team, ensuring highest standards of methodologies, tools and skills to delivery excellence.
Requirements
Degree qualified, you have minimum 15-20 years of experience in delivery in the financial services industry. You have proven experience in leading large scale, complex programs, preferably in the Compliance Technology domain in Banking. You have strong understanding of waterfall and agile delivery. You possess strong communications skills and can work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
