Responsibilities
  • Strategise and drive the implementation of data-led marketing strategies to increase DBS Treasures brand awareness and preference amongst both onshore and offshore customers.
  • Fortify DBS Treasures' position as the trusted wealth management partner by leveraging insights from internal and external data analytics.
  • Lead customer acquisition and engagement efforts for the Treasures onshore and offshore segments through effective harnessing of customer insights and data.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure that effective planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the overall A&P budget for DBS Treasures to ensure an optimal use of paid, owned and earned media to achieve impact and return on marketing investment.
  • Ensure robust tracking of results and outcomes as aligned to the key strategic imperatives.
  • Lead the team to innovate and experiment new marketing approaches for brand building and engagement of existing customers and prospects.
Requirements
  • Seasoned marketer with minimum 12-15 years' experience, preferably in the wealth management or banking industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns to acquire new customers and deepen engagement with existing customers.
  • Strong command of the financial services industry, with a deep understanding of wealth management industry including products, market dynamics, and client needs and understanding of needs across key markets is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from large and complex data sets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a demonstrated ability to adapt strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities and mitigate potential threats.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence senior stakeholders and drive change across the organization.
