SVP / VP, FX Derivatives Trading, Treasury & Markets

Job Purpose:

The FX Derivatives desk provides execution and advisory services to DBS client franchise. Working closely with sales teams covering retail, corporate and institutional clients, we market make derivatives products in more than 100 currency pairs, from major currencies to emerging markets. Our offering includes plain vanilla, exotics, and complex structured products. FX Derivatives desk has embarked on digitization journey, internalized pricing model and pricing engine. We are looking to broaden our distribution with our scalable and robust infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

1) FX Derivatives Trading

• Market making and risk management for a wide range of FXD products
• Be responsible for a given portfolio with a PNL budget
• Ready to take over other portfolios, and cover London shift when needed
• Provide views and commentaries and trading ideas

2) FX Derivatives Digital Distribution

• Work closely with technology team to grow electronic capabilities
• Work closely with quant team to grow internal model/product capabilities
• Data analytics
• Algorithmic Risk Management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's / Masters Degree with quantitative focus, and a minimum of 5 - 7 years of FX Derivatives trading / portfolio management / distribution / business experience
• Strong communication skills
• Some technical background or exposure / programming background e.g. Python
• Attention to detail, hungry to learn, takes ownership
• Ability to handle stress and pressure
