Extensive training will be provided to help you grow and progress your skills to develop quickly in role with the view of progressing your career. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be provided with a full three-month Sales Academy with 1-1 coaching and full role training.
The Role and Benefits
Once trained, your role will be to identify key prospects within the financial services sector and introduce eFinancialCareers as a partner.
This role requires high levels of outbound activities (calls, email, Linkedin messages) and the successful profile will demonstrate a can-do attitude, resilience and accountability.
High achievers have the opportunity to earn up to £50,000 per year (salary + commissions) in addition to multiple monthly and quarterly incentives.
