Sales Lead (AE) - Insurance
Job Summary: Sales Lead (AE) - Insurance
Experience: 10+ years
Work location: Singapore



Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute appropriate business strategies to achieve Insurance revenues in Singapore.
  • Lead business development activities and entrepreneurially pursues new account opportunities, using executive presence and business acumen
  • Engage and manage client stakeholders at appropriate levels, including senior technology and business executives in the target clients
  • Negotiate commercial terms of engagement while maintaining deal profitability
  • Work with the delivery team and third-party vendors to ensure that project risks are minimized and project goals are met
  • Focus on sale of outsourcing/managed services and system integration services
  • Establishes executive presence in new logo accounts that expands dialogues, contributes to transformative strategizing, and contributes to achieving status as a trusted advisor
  • Enhances relationship with product vendors with joint go to market activities


Skills & Experience:

  • More than 15 years of work experience in IT service with focus on Insurance industry, working with large global multinational corporations
  • Strong knowledge in the Insurance industry including understanding of technology disruption trends
  • Must have prior experience in large scale project implementations and/or large scale outsourcing engagements
  • Experience in managing large opportunities, working in an onsite / offshore model
  • Should be a self-starter and be ready to start from the scratch and build accounts
  • Strong customer relationship skills at various levels, from line managers to C levels
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skill. Ability to work with multi-cultural and geographically distributed teams. Should be a team player and able to lead different teams to a common goal
  • Ability to influence decision making and work across executive and operational levels on IT and business
