We are JH Partner(Asia), a headhunting company focuses on targeted search and selection of financial professionals. We are representing a reputable and most trend-setting fintech company to look for a Sales Manager to support its business in Singapore.
Key responsibilities:
- Take charge of overseeing all offline marketing initiatives, including the responsibility for achieving quarterly and annual sales targets and business objectives.
- Lead and guide a team of offline sales representatives, facilitating user acquisition and retention through community events and roadshow activations.
- Develop effective incentive structures and implement proper sales process management to maintain high team motivation and enhance sales skills.
- Actively participate in the company's marketing campaigns, offer reliable feedback, and collaborate closely with internal departments to not only meet but exceed the company's sales objectives.
- Implement a comprehensive training program to ensure that the sales team is well-versed in the platform and product suite, understands marketing campaign strategies, and complies with regulatory requirements.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Possess a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in a leadership role in sales, including team management for offline sales.
- Fluency in English is a prerequisite, and proficiency in Chinese is considered advantageous.
- Knowledgeable about offline sales techniques, skilled in customer engagement, and proficient in verbal communication.
- Driven by results, self-motivated, and possesses strong interpersonal skills.
- Well-acquainted with financial products and services and knowledgeable about compliance requirements in the financial services sector.
