Senior Analyst, Asset Management

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Support the development, review, and implementation of asset management strategies for Keppel Infrastructure Trust’s (KIT) portfolio of assets
• Support Operational, Technical and Support (OTS) function under KIT Asset Management to drive asset outperformance, regulatory compliance and HSSE matters
• Support OTS in ensuring projects deliverables such as cybersecurity compliance to the Cybersecurity Act and the wider Keppel Group requirements, KIT’s digitalisation transformation at both KIT group and asset levels
• Support OTS in the planning and implementation of asset enhancement projects such as asset reliability, efficiency improvement and optimalization
• Support OTS in the implementation of ESG initiatives such as installation of solar PV system and administering of Renewables Energy Certificate (RECs)
• Participate in new acquisition due diligence and post-deal integration  
• Support other KIT initiatives as and when required

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in business administration, engineering or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant work experiences
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise effectively
• Energetic, team player with strong inter-personal skills
• Excellent business reporting and PowerPoint presentation skill
