About our client
Our client is one of the largest dedicated global investment houses which focuses on investing across the capital structure. They are looking for someone to join their Pre-Deal Due Diligence team based in Singapore
What the job involves
The right candidate will be part of the Pre-Deal Due Diligence team. This team does not participate on the investment decisions of the firm but works alongside the investment team in the pre-closing of all of the transactions globally

• You will be responsible for evaluating all the investment opportunities alongside investment team, from reviewing financial models to reviewing financial, commercial, legal and tax due diligence reports
• You will also be responsible for reviewing the legal documentation including sale and purchase agreement (SPA) and loan documentation
• You will answer any queries the IC may have on these potential deals

Who we are looking for

• Due diligence and/or private equity deal experience
• Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills, including LBO modelling
• Excellent writing and oral communication skills
• Strong computer skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint applications
• Fluent in English language (reading, writing and speaking), Asian language skills preferred
