Senior Associate - Fund Finanace

You will be :

• Responsible for the origination, credit execution and ongoing management of a portfolio of fund finance subscription facilities for private equity funds in Asia Pacific.
• Track and monitor the Fund Finance portfolios across various metrics
• Manage and prepare reports for the head of the business and senior management  

You should have: 

• Working knowledge of fund financing for private equity, debt, real estate and infrastructure funds.
• Working knowledge of subscription facilities and other Hybrid and NAV facilities, with a focus on sustainability
• Working knowledge of credit, tax and legal documentation framework
