Responsibilities
  • Responsible for Wealth Marketing (Treasures Private Client and Private Bank) driving marketing excellence whilst supporting business objectives
  • Understanding stakeholder and market needs to drive effective marketing campaigns including strategic conceptualisation, understanding market conditions, how to attract the right audience, suitable offline/online campaigns that will deliver strong ROI and leads
  • Drive thought leadership content/events through media and event partners that will support business teams like Wealth Planning, Chief Investment Office and ESG. Understanding of the segments will be necessary to drive successful execution, tracking and reporting
  • Support platform events that include planning, execution and travelling
  • Drive the Return on Marketing Investment focus for wealth client events. To review processes and effectiveness of all events, and to drive balance between new event ideas and marketing investment
  • Responsible for supporting senior management and other internal staff during campaigns and events including invitations, briefing and on-site assistance
  • Budget management. Review purchase orders, payment invoices and proactively identify any budget issues
Requirements
  • At least 5 years' experience in affluent or segment teams
  • Proven track record of rolling out effective campaigns offline and online
  • Proven track record of driving successful client events, preferably in financial institution and/or with HNW client segments
  • Strong ability to take initiative and interact with all levels of management
  • Strong project management, multi-tasking and negotiation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
