Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Financial Planning Advisory (FPA), Treasures and Home Advisory Specialist (HAS) Franchises
• Manage and review incentive, rewards and recognition programmes
• Manage post-incentive plan reviews at country and regional committee
• Manage expense within budget for incentive, rewards and recognition programmes
• Manage the planning, execution, communication and results of incentive, rewards and recognition programmes (BSA Results, BSA Gala Events, BSA Recognition Trip, BOB Results)
• Manage incentive plan e-Learning modules and calculators
• Work with stakeholders on feedback and improvement to current programmes
• Provide data analytics on incentive performance and programmes required by country and regional committees
• Assist on any ad-hoc tasks as required by the department

Requirements

• A minimum of 4-8 years of experience in financial services industry; preferably in performance management and scorecard development
• Knowledge in Consumer Banking and Wealth Products would be an advantage
• Comfortable with presenting and able to build presentation decks
• Good stakeholder management skills and comfortable communicating with senior management
• Business acumen and data analytical ability to identify trends, risks and opportunities
• Detailed oriented and comfortable working with data
• Good team player and willing to learn and guide others
• Able to manage multiple tasks within an agreed timeline
• Project management skills with a sense of urgency
• Intermediate level user of Microsoft Excel, Access and Powerpoint
