Senior Associate / Associate, Business Policy, Process & Management Manager, Institutional Banking Group COO Office

Institutional Banking Group provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange.   • Assist in driving, managing, communicating, and implementing end-to-end business and credit process workflow enhancements and solutions as the Bank transforms the way we work.
  • Assist in driving policy and process matters to support IBG initiatives and activities with an aim to improve IBG Employee/Customer Journey
  • Be the voice of IBG and represent the IBG community in cross Business Unit/Support Unit workgroups, councils and/or projects in achieving common goals
  • Work with various IBG teams and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of policies, processes and initiatives
  • Prepare business updates and presentations to senior management and other stakeholders on key business policy and process changes
  • Collate and study various dimensions of data, perform analysis of data trends, to support recommendations for business and process improvements
  • Take charge of tracking and monitoring of various IBG initiatives and assist in ad-hoc tasks/ projects/ initiatives in a highly dynamic and challenging environment
  • Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in a banking / finance environment preferred
  • Strong understanding of Bank's policies and processes, knowledge of IBG-owned or related policies/processes will be an advantage
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with a good sense of the business environment and attention to details
  • Strong communicator with good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills; able to present information in a clear and concise manner
  • Able to deliver results in a dynamic and challenging environment, with strong ability to multitask yet detailed-oriented
  • Independent, self-driven, self-motivated, and a team player
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel and Powerpoint
  • Candidates with Relationship Manager experience will be an advantage
