Senior Associate / Associate, Project Management, Regional Security & Fiduciary Services Operations, Technology & Operations
Business Function Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble, and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability, and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities - Manage and support Regional Security & Fiduciary Services Operations (SFSO) digitization, projects and change management including process improvements in the Fund Services area
- Collaborate with users and product managers to work on solutioning to meet customer requirements and Institutional Banking Group Operations' key performance matrix
- Analyse case requirements and write users/ business requirements
- Work closely with key stakeholders and users from Line Operations and Institutional Banking Group Technology for user requirement gatherings and functional specification signoff
- Manage and perform UAT for product delivery cycle, initiatives, or fixes
- Ensure proper documentations of operation manual and UAT test results
- Work with users on operationalization of initiatives
- Coordinate with users and Technology team on delivery and business verification.
- Manage production issues with users and Technology team, from UAT to delivery of fixes
- Plan team's work schedule and the release cycle with Technology partners
- Provide prompt updates/ escalation to management/ stakeholders
Requirements - Degree holder with minimum 4 years of professional experience in project management experience with a proven track record
- Experience in Transfer Agency/ Fund Administration will be added advantage
- Strong analytical skills with ability to work independently, confident with change mindset, and good time management
- Demonstrate good work ethics and is able to adapt to changes and deliver within tight timelines
- Good stakeholder management with effective communication, written, and presentation skills
- Exposure to process streamlining and change management
- Self-driven and task-oriented for project deliverables
- Ability to articulate and link Business and Technology languages
- Analytical, meticulous, and organised for administrative task
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite
