Senior Business Analyst / Project manager

Role & Responsibilities

• Ensuring that projects are delivered according to agreed upon scope and requirements, within the committed timeline and budget
• Managing and organizing project activities and deliverables
• Preparing project estimates and capacity plans
• Working with stakeholders, including senior sponsors and business users
• Monitoring and controlling project deliveries
• Identifying and mitigating risks and issues throughout the project
• Facilitating conflict resolution with stakeholders
• Maintaining project governance documentation
• Collaborating with a global team, including stakeholders from Europe and Asia

Ideal candidate

• At least 10 years of experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst
• Expertise in financial reporting, core banking, accounting, risk reporting, or regulatory reporting
• Strong functional knowledge of accounting for financial services
• Experience working throughout the entire IT project life cycle, including requirements analysis, workshops, testing, and stakeholder management
• The ability to prioritize and manage tasks in a high pressure environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead workshops and challenge requirements
• The ability to work effectively with teams across various regions
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
• PMP or Scrum certification (preferred)
