- Lead the credit assessment and analysis process, evaluating the creditworthiness of clients and ensuring compliance with risk management policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including credit, operations, and product specialists, to deliver seamless and comprehensive banking solutions to clients.
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities, leveraging your network and market knowledge to expand the bank's client base and increase revenue.
- Stay abreast of market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape to proactively identify new business prospects and provide market insights to clients.
- Monitor and manage the overall portfolio performance, ensuring timely risk identification and proactive measures to mitigate potential credit and operational risks.
- Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns, and maintaining high client satisfaction levels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in corporate banking, preferably serving local and regional large corporates.
- Strong knowledge of corporate banking products and services, including lending, cash management, trade finance, and treasury solutions.
- Proven track record of building and managing relationships with large corporate clients, exceeding revenue targets, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Excellent credit assessment and risk management skills, with a thorough understanding of credit policies, underwriting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong business acumen and market awareness, with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
