One of the leading payments platform is seeking for a Senior Design Researcher to join their Product Design & architecture team to support them by leading co-designing practices and design user experience for their payment solutions.
The Position:
- Work closely with product managers to create UX strategies based on business goals & priorities.
- Handle all survey / research development and data analysis queries
- Plan and lead end-to-end research using surveys, interviews, tests etc.
The Candidate:
- 8+ years hands-on experience on qualitative and quantitative research supporting product development (User, UX, Design Research)
- Strong communicator with experience in facilitating and presenting strategy and findings on meetings / workshops
- Usability Testing tools and techniques
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant experience in financial technology industry is a plus
