Senior Insurance Manager

As Senior Insurance Manager, this role will conduct risk assessment analysis and implement business improvement strategies across the Group.  It will also require close partnership with Internal Audit and Risk Management to set up guidelines for the group wide implementation of insurance policies as well as preparing annual insurance budgets, tracking premium payments and escalating any deviations.  Continually looking at process improvement and a desire to truly partner with the business is needed. With 7-10 years relevant experience the individual will be an insurance expert, degree qualified, with a proven track record in resources, commodities and/or manufacturing.  An understanding of operational or enterprise risk would also be highly regarded.
