Our client is a growing energy trading house looking to expand their presence. To be based in Singapore, they are looking for ambitious and enterprising light ends traders wishing to seek new challenges in their careers.
Responsibilities
- Capable in light ends trading (Physical and Derivatives)
- Entrepreneurial trading of light ends book - To lead and develop the trading portfolio
- Work closely with a team to set up the book and expand trading volumes
- Experience in Blending would be advantageous
- Business Development - To analyse market information and trends to identify strategic trading opportunities (Develop new outlets and supply sources)
- Evaluate and Understand blend economics for components sourcing and product sales
- Trading across various markets to achieve and exceed targets and budgets set by the company
Requirements
- More than 8 years' experience in Light Ends Trading
- Experienced senior traders are a plus
- High risk management capabilities with proven ability to understand and handle large physical book and paper trading
- Strive in a dynamic setting and fully capable to work well independently
- Strong risk appetite & discipline
