About the Role

The incumbent will provide an advisory and support role to AIA Group & LBU operations teams to ensure consistency in operations workflow design & use of systems such as Bloomberg AIM & Eagle Investment Systems.

• Provide Investment Operations SME advisory support to projects and BAU initiatives at Group level where applicable
• Provide investment operations expertise as necessary to Group operations support teams and Local Business Units and AMCs
• Provide solutions and advisory support in terms of booking of entries in the back-office systems to ensure timely and accurate data
• Provide inputs / feedback to centralized teams on operational processes / systems to be put in place to assure data integrity
• Ability to understand and interpret the data and its lifecycle across different systems like Bloomberg AIM and Eagle Investment Systems
• Lead and manage setting up new workflows/processes as required to improve the investment booking and reporting accuracy
• As part of new instruments onboarding or audit support, engage counterparties as required to address any requirements to support AIA operational processes - including custodians, vendors, banks and brokers.
