Senior Manager, Business Analyst

Roles and responsibilities:

• Provide Vitality subject matter expertise to projects to ensure projects align with the business initiatives
• Revise and update business requirements documentation for major and minor changes on the Vitality IT platform
• Create functional requirements documentation for major and minor changes on the Vitality IT platform
• Create user stories for changes on the Vitality IT platform
• Consult/Create UAT test plans that match the business requirements documentation
• Consult and work with business units Vitality sponsors to generate business requirements
• Assist in operational rollout and support
• Work with offshore and onshore development teams to ensure the implementation and design matches the business requirements
• Use data driven tools to ascertain to ensure the requirements are valid in the systems before/after the change
• Manage day to day deliverables of changes.
• Mentor and support other BA’s
• Quality assurance gate for deliverables of other BAs

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Experience preferred with the following

  7+ years with business requirements analysis and documentation

  1+ years with business rules engines designs

  2+ years’ experience with digital delivery channels

  2+ years with SQL

  1+ years with using tools such as Postman to test JSON APIs

  4+ years to conceive and write UAT test plans

  7+ years with IT related disciplines and project delivery

4+ User story creation and Agile methodology
