Provide best practice and delivery execution for new projects provided by multiple vendors and manages project stake holders across the group.

Where you would add value

• Drive governance for product output and velocity of team delivery (across data and technical teams) and help to provide visibility of team progress and transparency to management
• Hold development teams accountable for key outputs on committed deliverables
• Champion the adherence to product output deliverables across the Product Development process and drive ongoing process improvement

How you would make a difference

• Define project scope and schedule in collaboration with the Product Manager and Scrum Master with a focus on regular reporting on progress of delivery
• Raise and manage risks through close collaboration with Scrum Master and help to co-ordinate between Data engineers, data analytics and data scientists teams as well as technical developers across remote teams and across different geographies
• Identify and highlight delivery risks and mitigation steps and collaborate with Commercial Team and Product Manager to highlight risks to clients
• Hold development teams (Data and Technical teams) accountable for commitments and help with removal of impediments

What you need to be successful

Education:

• Tertiary degree (Business)

Experience:

• At least 4-5 years' experience working in a Project Management role
• At least 2-4 years' experience working in an agile environment, preferably with experience in large organisations and startups
• Experience managing cross-functional teams with 10-15 team members across business analysts, developers, QA
• Experience managing complex products and projects and managing stakeholders from management to working level.

• Familiar with use of tools such as Miro to facilitate brainstorming
• Excellent communication skills in English in written and spoken form
