We’re looking for an experienced recruiter to help scale the Chief Digital and Information Office (CDIO) – our group technology function.
- Build out the CDIO wealth management business, ensuring a best in-class hiring experience for all stakeholders
- Identify top tech talent from around the globe using innovative direct sourcing methodologies
- Act as a trusted advisor and recruitment business partner to hiring managers
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and other HR specialists including reward, talent and diversity to ensure great outcomes
- Contribute towards continuous improvement initiatives or ad-hoc projects
- Proven experience delivering technology hires at all levels, including senior hiring
- Strong understanding of a wide variety of software development technologies
- Previous experience working in a matrix organization
- Excellent communicator, with the ability to attract and engage candidates from around the world
- The ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders who may be based in different parts of the world
- Previous in-house / rpo experience essential, with experience of managing the full end to end recruiting process.
