Duties and Responsibilites

• Manage 180 or 360 end-to-end recruitment process
• Establish relationships with potential candidates and clients
• Sourcing the best candidates for clients
• Provide excellent professional recruitment services to clients and candidates
• Recruitment process tacking and monitoring

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Related experience in recruitment field is perferred
• Persuasive, resilence, driven and willing to take on new chanllenges
• Energetic, self-motivated and proactive
• Excellent interpersonal and communicatin skills
• You have to take CEI certification for this position
