We are currently working with one of the largest and most reputable quant trading firms globally, who is looking to hire a HPC Systems SRE. This role will be joining their High Performance Computing team, where you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing their high-performance computing (HPC) infrastructure for low latency trading.

Role

Establish, manage, and provide support for advanced computational frameworks with a focus on various and distributed on-site and cloud storage solutions.
Deployment and supporting
- High performance computing infrastructure with focus on diverse and distributed on-prem and cloud storage
- Manage high performance computational frameworks
- HPC schedulers
- Container management ecosystem in Kubernetes
- Automation and monitoring tools

Requirements

Bachelor holder or above in Computer Science or related discipline
Profound experience with Linux administration
Proficiency in managing a medium to large-scale platform environment
Hands-on experience with at least one programming language with a preference for Python.
Good understanding of container technologies, container networking, and orchestration.
Familiarity with at least one cloud service platform
Experience in distributed storage system is a plus
