JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Lead in user requirements gathering and analysis • Drive user discussions and conduct workshops to facilitate information gathering • Perform feasibility study to ascertain area of automation • Propose and review functionality with respective stakeholders affected by the change • Document user requirements into user specifications (functional & technical) • Lead in system design and development of functionality according to the agreed user specifications • Develop test plan & scripts • Conduct testing on developed functionality to ensure compliance to user specifications and internal quality assurance requirements (e.g., system performance benchmarks) • Lead in user training & user acceptance testing • Ensure proper deployment of change orders to production environment in accordance to internal procedures • Review all work deliverables from development resources assigned, and provide guidance to development accordingly. Resources can be internal or extended vendor resources on technical delivery • Provide periodic reports to reporting manager on work status/project progress • Accountabilities are applicable to daily support, change order sustenance and project work • Ensure full compliance to company policies, internal procedures, information security and JSOX audit requirements for all work performed • Other duties as assigned by supervisor For Daily Support: • Dedicate about 30% of time (or lesser) in daily support activities • Provide 24x7 systems support according to the business units’ SLA of Asia Pacific region on the business applications assigned • Handle issues resolution in accordance to SLA • Report any system or operational deficiencies and recommend areas for improvements For System Sustenance Change Orders: • Dedicate 30% of time (or more) on change order fulfilment activities • Manage full change order fulfilment for the designated systems independently • Manage development resources allocated as per change order requirements (usually of low to medium complexity) For Projects: • Dedicate at least 40% of time in project work • Contribute as a key project member/team lead/technical subject matter expert in new implementation / enhancement projects for small to medium complexity projects • Project activities include but not limited to requirements gathering, setup/configuration, design, testing, training, documentation, deployment, etc. • Review all project outputs in relation to IT system deliverables from project development resources REQUIREMENTS: • Min. Degree in Computer Science / Engineering or IT related fields • Min. 7 years information management experience in MNC • Min. 5 years’ experience in IT lead role in project / support environment • Min. 5 years’ implementation background in SFDC, SAP CPQ, or Oracle EBS (3 full cycle) or support background in the same context • Min. 5 years application development and full SDLC experience in Oracle tools • Business process knowledge in any 2 of the business functions namely, Customer Relationship Management, Marketing, Sales Outlook, Sales Support Operations, Order Processing, Order Fulfilment • Knowledge and experience in system configuration, design and development involving at least 1 system: • For Oracle EBS – Conversant with PL/SQL, Developer 2000 and Oracle 6i • For SFDC/SAP CPQ – Conversant with Salesfore.com (Architecture design, Configuration, Apex, VF(Visualforce)-Page), Lighting Experience, Process Builder, etc.), Informatica integration design, Python Scripting • Familiar with High Tech Industry • Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools (e.g., Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Visio, Project) • Good IT support and troubleshooting skills • Proficient in business as well as technical writing / documentation • Good knowledge in application deployment & solutioning • Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal • Customer focus and have business sense • Organizing, planning & good time management • Good analytical / problem-solving skills HOW TO APPLY: If you keen to apply, simply submit your application by emailing a detailed copy of your updated resume in MS Word format to email@example.com.
