Play a key role providing technical trade floor support for voice network and other technologies.
Your New Role:
- Provide L2/L3 technical support to traders, ensuring complex issues are escalated accordingly to relevant teams
- Implement upgrades and ensure smooth operations for the bank’s TraderVoice platforms
- Work with various technical teams to ensure system security and availability
Job Requirements:
- At least 4+ years of experience supporting TraderVoice platforms in a financial institution
- Experience supporting various relevant platforms such as IPC Unigy turrets, VFC voice recording and other VoIP systems
- Knowledge of WAN/LAN and network security foundations
- Relevant VoIP networking certifications are an advantage
