In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. This job is under Policies, Standards and Trade Academy of Regional Trade under IBGO. The main assignments are (i) Data Analytics and (ii) Business Administration including MIS, Reporting and Budgeting. Key Accountabilities: Timely delivery of work assigned with good quality; and Timely feedback for enquiries from internal and external counterparts. Job Duties & Responsibilities Support regional trade metrics reporting, in terms of volume and value; Prepare ad hoc reports related to Trade Ops regionally as requested by both internal and external business partners; Support various administration works including, but not limited to, (a) regular updates/reports on behalf of the department, (b) Vendor service contract management of LLI and IMB with user access recertification; and cost allocations all locations; and (c) Monthly General Ledger Account Ownership Certification; Budgeting in terms of FTEs and cost in dollars for the department; Conduct regular updates of Trade Alerts regionally; Be the team representative of Business Contingent Management; and Participate and support departmental projects/regular reviews of guidelines. Requirements Skill in data analytics related to Trade Finance transactions would be advantageous Knowledge of Trade Finance is a preference Flexibility and ability to multi-task and take on different types of roles and activities.
