Strategic Alliance Manager - Premier Banking Onshore

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Managed all internal stakeholder relationship to increase leads from various referral channels
  • Devise effective acquisition campaigns and take lead in driving Premier Banking initiatives
  • Responsible for all channel leads distribution and report tracking
  • Prepare all incentive validation documents for approval from Premier Business Management
  • Conduct Premier CVP training to all new hire front-liners
  • Organize all marketing collaterals, team records and reports
  • Establish partnership with external strategic partners to develop Premier prospecting event

  • Head, Premier Business Development

Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years of sales/acquisition experience in the banking and financial services industry, preferably in the affluent segment
  • Recognised university degree
  • Sound knowledge of affluent segment banking products and services
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Meticulous with strong attention to details
  • Ability to work independently, coupled with a dynamic creative persona
  • Highly efficient in Microsoft Office Suite
