Syndicated Loan Product Manager – Capital Solutions

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Deal Identification: Collaborate closely with our Business Unit Relationship Managers to identify and shape meaningful financing transactions for both existing clients and prospects.
• Transaction Structuring: Support the structuring of transactions, meticulously considering risk and return parameters to optimize client outcomes.
• Pitch Preparation: Craft compelling pitch materials to effectively communicate our financial solutions to clients and partners.
• Syndication Strategy: Work closely with internal stakeholders to establish syndication strategies that drive success.
• Cross-Selling Excellence: Assist Business Unit Relationship Managers in identifying and closing non-loan related products, such as treasury, trade, and cash management, to provide comprehensive solutions to our clients.
• Revenue Achievement: Take ownership of delivering on the income aspirations for Singapore within the Capital Solutions Division.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to the Bank's Internal Control Policy and local regulations in executing the Bank's business strategy.
• Audit and Control: Comply with the Bank's internal audit and control requirements, including relevant laws, self-regulations, and operating requirements, to maintain a high standard of operational excellence.
• Rule Adherence: Uphold all regulations and rules related to your job duties and adhere to the work rules and other principles/policies of the bank.

Requirements:

• Possess a solid academic background with a Good Degree.
• A minimum of 6 to 10 years of experience within the Banking industry.
• Demonstrated experience in supporting capital markets origination and distribution work.
• Exhibit a strong understanding of banking products, the banking industry, and the business environment, particularly in the debt market space.
• Be well-versed in banking regulations, with a deep understanding of risk management and capital management/returns. Your ability to translate this knowledge into client-centric solutions will be highly valued.
