Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Organisation Development, this is a high impact role where you will be responsible for curating and implementing talent management strategies for its Singapore business to enable the achievement of its strategic business goals. You will work with HRBPs and business leaders in identifying high potential and key talent, craft and deliver customized strategies and programs to develop them and accelerate their growth. You will collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to proactively identify opportunities for internal mobility for career development of key talent, as well as with the HR Analytics team to deliver talent-related metrics and insights for management reporting and discussions. You may also participate in regional HR projects from time to time.
Requirements
You are degree qualified with demonstrated track record in talent management gained in major organisations with progressive people practices. You have both design and implementation capabilities, and a data-driven approach to talent strategy formulation, decisioning and measuring effectiveness of solutions implemented. You are analytical, with strong organizational and project management skillls, as well as excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
