Test Manager

Jobs Summary:

• Having over 12+ years of experience in managing and leading Testing projects

• Good banking domain knowledge especially in Private banking

• Responsible for end to end Test management

• Manage all phases of testing SIT, Performance, Automation and act as first point of contact to UAT team

• Setup Test strategy for all the QA phases in scope

• Define the scope and objective of test phase and define roles and responsibilities for each team members

• Ensure test deliverables are all appropriately reviewed and signed off at the respective stages

• Deploying and managing resources for testing.

• Work with multiple teams in ensuring the client business and IT teams involved are engaged in supporting the test project

• Team's performance management and leave plans are managed to ensure there is no impact to client deliverables.

• Managing the Cognizant QA team members to ensure they are all sufficiently trained and have all the tools to deliver efficiently.

• Planning, deploying and managing the testing effort for any given engagement.

• Setup the defect triage and tracking process. Ensure all development teams adhere to the SLA's to ensure the defects are fixed on time.

Status reporting daily/weekly - progress, risks, issues

Job Requirements

Essential Skills:

• Functional testing

• Led Automation and Performance testing

• Test Management

• Domain Knowledge - Private banking

Experience in Financial Products (Forex, Derivatives, Securities, Structure products etc)
