The Company is looking to hire a candidate to assist brokers or external clients by working with the Operations teams to maintain the OMS Trading Platforms and Trading Venues
Duties and Responsibilities
- Providing support on Trade Platform tasks and duties daily
- Online inhouse Trading Platform User creation, limits & required setups to facilitate client trading
- Ensure timely follow up on platform issues and trading related queries
- Document all queries in client related to trade support analysis
- Collaborate with traders and customers to identify technical problems
- Diagnose and escalate issues to relevant departments when appropriate
- To work with various team members to achieve company goals
- Onboarding of Trading customers to various Exchange via Sponsored or FIX protocol & APIs
- To ensure compliance with TPS rules and procedures
- Provide first rate service to both internal and external trading platform users
- To stand in as holiday support when needed
Requirement
- 0-2 years of experience in Trading Platform Support of similar roles is preferred
- Knowledge of front office trading systems
- Highly desired – End to End Orders & Trade flow knowledge, from order entry, execution until clearing
- High level accuracy and attention to detail
- Conversant with ISVs, TT, CQG, PATs preferred
- Knowledge of Derivatives products and financial markets
