Job Responsibilities:
Tasked with aiding the Operations departments across the region. Their role involves identifying and implementing improvements to systems, workflows, or processes to enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, contribute to project delivery at the branches, actively participating in defining project scope, timelines, and the development of processes and workflows.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of experience in Trade Finance Operations in a banking setting (Import/Export, Trade Loan, and Guarantees).
Proficiency in process mapping and streamlining, with an understanding of the impact of compliance requirements on Trade products.
