Our client is a leading Singapore-based corporate services firm providing solution for business management in Singapore.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of trusts, such as account management, distributions, payments and receipts of funds and assets
- Perform KYC and Compliance checks on clients for yearly, remediation or transactional review
- Data management activities – including CRM and client data Daily trust administration
- Any ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Input of time into database for fee earner(s) when required.
- Occasionally organise Director’s personal affairs.
- Such other duties as the management may at times reasonably require.
Requirements:
- 2 years of Trust administration experience or related to Trust business (Non-Trust Accountants and Compliance) in a Trust Company.
- Degree in finance industry or relevant field
- Meticulous with strong communication skill
- Able to adhere to tight deadlines.
