In this position as an Motor Underwriter, you will be expected to review risk acceptability to make subjective decisions based on underwriting guidelines, ensuring standards for compliance and regularities are met. Managing daily referrals escalation and inquiries from call centres and ensure the escalations are attended within SLA and ensure renewal policies are reviewed and sent out timely. Additionally, you will be required to work closely with the Customer Care Team to achieve business growth and renewal retention targets.
