- Approx 7-10 years of experience having worked in a Tier 1 bank / Prime Brokerage firm and / or Digital Asset firm or Exchange
- Experience building, developing and maintaining long term client relationships and network with existing digital asset owners and/or the high net worth market segment
- Be Hungry, self-motivated, resourceful, a quick learner, able to multitask and work independently
- A team player in a competitive environment, resilient with a positive attitude
- Possess good contacts with other service providers and channels along with solid networking skills
- Clear communicator with experience in pitch presentations and creating presentation decks
- Fluency in business level Japanese and / or Mandarin is preferred
To be successful in this role;
